Banana Pudding Cake
- 1 or 2 small, ripe banans
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg (3 oz) banana or vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ cup finely chopped nuts
Slice bananas into large mixer bowl; beat until well mashed.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into a well greased bundt pan.
Bake at 350° for 60 minutes
Cool in pan at least 15 minutes and remove.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
(May be baked in 13 x9 inch pan for 50 minutes)
