Barbecued Brisket
- 1/3 bottle liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teas meat tenderizer unseasoned
- 2 teas seasoned salt
Trim fat
Mix liquids
Marinate –turn over 3 times
Cover with foil – put in fridge
Take out and turn over a couple of times
Cook 1 hour per pound on 250 covered w/foil
Slice on diagonal in thin slices
Mix ½ juice add ketchup for sauce
