Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 4 quarts water
- 2 sticks butter
- 12 cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 lbs of broccoli cleaned and cut
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 large bottle of cheese whiz
Boil 3 quarts of water, add butter & bouillon cubes.
Add broccoli; boil until almost cooked.
Add flour to the other one quart of cold water & mix well; then slowly begin adding to broccoli mixture until thick.
Add cheese until mixed in good.
(I have used velveeta cheese or cheddar cheese if I don’t have cheese whiz.)
