Cheesecake (baked)
- 16 Graham crackers, crushed
- 3 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
Crush crackers, pat in bottom of lightly buttered pie plate.
Cream the cream cheese sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream
When smooth & well blended pour into pie plate
Bake 350° for 1 hour
Let cool & place in refrigerator
