Table of Contents
Chicken Salad
- 3 cups chicken cooked & diced
- 1 Tbsp shredded onion (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp fresh or frozen lemon juice
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
Mix together.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Add
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- 2 11 oz cans of mandarin oranges drained
- Almonds slivered almonds (1 pkg small)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
Mix these ingredients together just before serving.
