Chili Kenos
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 teas oregano
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 can (*8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 bunch chopped green onion
- 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans
- 1/2 lb. cheese, cubed
- 1 bag corn chips
Brown meat; add vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle flour over meat.
Dissolve chili powder in hot water in bowl and add to the meat.
Add tomato sauce, beans, onions, olives, and cheese.
Mix and heat just enough to melt cheese cubes slightly.
Add half the corn chips and spoon the mixture over the remaining chips on the plates.
