Chili Skillet
- ½ lb ground beef (extra lean)
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 quart stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 16 oz can corn, drained
Brown meat with onion.
Add green pepper, tomatoes with liquid, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and stir in macaroni.
Simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is soft.
Stir in corn; warm through.
Variation:
Add 2 or 3 cans of kidney beans instead of macaroni and no corn to make easy chili.
Make in pot instead of skillet.
