Chinese Chicken Salad
- Cook 3 or 4 chicken breasts fry and shredded
- Hoisin sauce soak chicken in it first
- Fry ½ pkg (2 oz) wontons
- green onions
- 1 Tbsp almonds
- Toasted sesame seeds
Mix with shredded lettuce
Dressing Mix and let sit for several hours
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp sesame seed oil
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup salad oil
Dressing let sit overnight
- 1/3 cup veg oil
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 6 Tbsp rice vinegar
