Cornbread
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3 cup milk
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Beat in cornmeal.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Pour into greased and floured 9X13 pan.
Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes up to an hour.
