Deviled Eggs
- 12 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- Paprika, for garnish
Boil eggs, slice in half.
Mash egg yolks with a fork, then add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, pickle relish.
Mix until smooth. You may need to add a little mayo to make it creamy.
Taste the mixture and add a little sugar if needed.
Place mixture in egg halfs; you could use a piping bag or tool.
Garnish with paprika.
