Table of Contents
Fruit Cocktail Cake
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (2.5) fruit cocktail, drained
Mix all ingredients together and pour into large cake pan.
Sprinkle top with mixture of:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 3 Tbsp butter
Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
