Funeral Potatoes
- 12 medium potatoes
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 2 Tbsp butter
Boil potatoes in skins, cool, peel and grate.
Mix with sour cream, soup, melted butter, cheese and seasonings.
Spread into a 13 x 9 pan.
Sprinkle with corn flakes on top and drizzle with 2 Tbsp of melted butter.
Bake ast 350° for 35 to 40 minutes
