Lion House Cheescake
Crust
- 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Mix & press firmly in pie plate
Filling
- 3 (8oz) pkg of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¾ tsp vanilla
Beat sour cream, add sugar, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla
Combine thoroughly
Pour into crust ½ inch from top of crust
Bake 20 min at 350°
Topping
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
Whip sour cream, add sugar gradually, add vanilla
Pour on pie
Bake at 500° for 5 min.
Let cool.
