Okonomiyaki
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 egg
- 2 slices bacon - bite size pieces
- 2 cups cabbage cut up
- onion (optional)
- carrot sliced thin (optional)
- Okonomiyaki sauce
Add bacon to pan on medium or lower.
Mix flour, water, egg, then add cabbage, etc.
Cook bacon until done on one side, then turn over.
Add mixture to pan and cook until golden brown on bottom then flip.
Cook until mixture is done.
Serve with Okonomiyaki sauce
