Orange Cream Salad
- 1 small pkg. orange jello
- 1 cup frozen orange juice; diluted
- 1 1/2 cup small marshmallows
- 1 c drained crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 1/2 pint whipped cream, sweetened to taste
Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water.
Add cold orange juice instead of the cold water.
Set until partly jelled.
Whip until foamy.
Fold in whipped cream.
Fold in marshmallows, pineapple, and carrots.
Pour into 9" square dish.
Set until firm.
