Pork N’ Beans Casserole
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cans (150z) Pork n' beans
- 1/2 lb. hot dogs, sliced
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce (I use ketchup)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 slices American cheese
Saute onion and green pepper and butter.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Put in 1 1/2 qt. casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350.
Just before removing from oven, top with cheese, cut in half, forming triangles.
Heat just enough to melt cheese.
