Potatoes Au Gratin
- 15 oz potatoes (2 cans)
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
- Salt & pepper
- ½ cup soft bread crumbs
Melt 2 tablespoons butter
Blend in Flour
Add milk and cook stirring until thickened
Add cheese and stir
Season with salt and pepper
Pour over potatoes and mix lightly
Melt remaining butter and mix with crumbs.
Sprinkle over potatoes
Broil under medium heat until golden brown
Makes 6 servings
